Our Association
Our assessments are used to care for our community and amenities, as well as provide landscaping, irrigation, lighting, insurance, and other association needs. We are professionally managed by Homeland Neighborhood Management. Assessments
Annual Assessments: $314 due on January 1st, late after January 31st
Residents have the option to make assessments payments by cash, check or online.

Collections Policy:
*January 1st Assessments are due
*February 1st Late Fee is Applied
*April 1st Lien Filing for past due balance,
processing fees will be assessed
