ABOUT CASTLEWOODS
Development began in this community in the 1970's, and now Castlewoods is the premier residential community in the Grants Ferry area of the Reservoir boasting over 1,350 properties in its association.
Homes range in price from $150,000 - $800,000 and include everything from garden homes to estates. This community includes amenities such as walking trails, a playground and park, and lighted, landscaped entrances.
We are situated on an 18-hole private golf course with a clubhouse, golf and tennis pro shop, pool and tennis courts and a restaurant. OPTIONAL Membership information is available through Castlewoods Country Club.
Castlewoods is nestled conveniently off of Highway 25 in Brandon, Mississippi. We are located a short distance from the Jackson Metropolitan area, which boasts a major thoroughfare for all the retail shopping, restaurants and commercial services that you could ask for. Our neighborhood is also minutes from Dogwood area, as well as easy access to Madison and the Ross Barnett Reservoir.
Castlewoods has a conveniently located entrance off of Lakeland Drive/Highway 25, which provides easy access to our almost 1400 residences. The HOA has an active board who promotes unity and fellowship, and provides leadership to ensure our neighborhood maintains its prestige status in the area. Brandon is proud of its excellent educational school system. School age children who reside in Castlewoods may attend Rankin Public Schools, which was recently recognized as a top school.
