Annual Assessments need to be mailed in, hand delivered or email Homeland to request an online payment. For online payments, they will send you the link to process the $260 Annual Assessment plus $1 online processing fee = $261. Otherwise, write a check for just $260 if you are mailing it in. Or whatever amount is on your assessment notification as some people overpaid last year and some people have covenant violation assessments in addition to the annual assessment.
